Meditation / Visualisation evening
If you want to start with meditation, or if you’re familiar with it, you are welcome!
After this evening, your body and mind are completely relaxed, you will experience more energy the next day and feel cleansed.
If you meditate more regularly, you will feel so much more happiness, all will go more in flow and experience more SILENCE!
In these sessions we turn inwards and learn to silence the mind. We will use different kind of techniques. You come to rest more by meditation and receive more energy.
We learn to listen to our body.
I will take you in several visualizations and you’ll learn to get yourself in a deep trance.
This course consist 4 sessions
